Everyone has tested millions of Salmon salads they were all delicious but none of them had a special taste. In a rushing day I find the way to make this delicious dish special for my taste. I find the ingredient X thanks to my Caribbean origin: Lime or more commonly called “the green little lemon”. Replace the lemon by the lime change completely the taste, giving the freshness that we research in this type of dish. This recipe is really easy and healthy and can be prepared in 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 person)
Salad (lettuce preferably)
FIRST STEP The Salad
Wash your salad. Is preferably to buy fresh salad, fresh ingredients are the base of health and delicious dishes.
When you have washed your salad cut it a little bit. In that way if you bring your salad with you at work or at the university, you will not have huge leaves.
Put your salad in a bowl and if you want, add some extra virgin olive oil, salt.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
Extra virgin olive oil is important for an equilibrate diet. If you are following a regime you can use a spoon to control the quantity of oil to use (1 spoon will be enough).
SECOND STEP The Bread
The bread plays an important part inside of a salad, he gives this crunchy side that is always pleasant.
Take the bread that you prefer and cut it in pieces.
Put some oil and salt
Toast your pieces in a toaster or in the oven (depending on how much time you have available)

If you are using the oven, 5-10 minutes
THIRD STEP The Cheese and the Salmon
It’s a really simple and fast steps: just cut you chees little square and the salmon in pieces.
It’s the moment to assemble your salad.
Put your salad in a plate and then add the cheese and the salmon. At this point, add the lime squeeze it on all your salad and add your bread on the top.
There you have your special and easy Salmon salad
